STORE POLICY 

1. Refund or Exchange Policy

We will gladly exchange or refund items returned with a receipt within 60 days of purchase. If you do not have a receipt, we will be happy to offer an exchange for merchandise of the same current value.*

*Merchandise must be in original condition. Certain exceptions apply. See an Associate for details. Excludes PPE face masks, lottery, cigarettes, phone cards, gift cards, swimwear and unpackaged underwear. 

2. Holiday Return/Exchnage Policy
There will be no refunds or exchanges accepted December 26, 2024. We are unable to process any house account charges on December 26. 12 Days Of Christmas Deals may not be applied to previous purchases. 

3. Advertised Products

We guarantee that if you see an item advertised, without any quantity limits, we’ll have it in stock in sufficient quantities to meet anticipated demand. If, due to extraordinary circumstances, we do not have it in stock, we will either offer you a similar item at the same price or, where applicable, a rain-check which will allow you to purchase up to three units at the sale price, as soon as it becomes available.

4. Products Limits
In order to meet demand for as many Customers as possible, we reserve the right to limit quantities.

3. Layaway Policy

In many of our stores, Customers can have merchandise set aside for as long as 60 days. In order to do this, a minimum 10% deposit is required and the layaway item(s) must be picked up within the agreed time period. To help us manage the increased demand for this service during the Christmas season, some added restrictions may apply. 4. Coupon Policy

We accept both Red Apple Stores ULC coupons, as well as Manufacturers’ coupons, subject to:

The following requirements and limits are applicable:

  • Coupon must be presented at the time of purchase.
  • The coupon must be an exact match to the item purchased (size, quantity, brand, style, etc.).
  • Only one acceptable coupon may be presented for each purchased item within a transaction.
  • Only Canadian coupons are accepted. There must be a valid Canadian remit address for the manufacturer with either a scanable bar code or a readable numeric code.
  • All coupons, including online coupons, must be legible.
  • Only one introductory Red Apple Stores ULC Welcome Email coupon is permitted per Customer.
  • Use of 10 or more coupons per transaction will require approval by the Store Manager.
  • Coupons are not redeemable for cash. If coupon value exceeds the current price of the item, the excess amount will not be applied toward the basket purchase nor will cash be given to the Customer.
